Yay Rain!

I woke up to a welcome surprise this morning....
A nice soft, steady rain was falling. Ahhhhh... relief! For those of you in parts of the country where it has been raining a little too much, you must think I'm crazy, I'm sure. Considering our forecast has been calling for temperatures over 100 EVERY SINGLE DAY, I couldn't be happier with the rain. If it rained for a week straight, I wouldn't complain.
What a lovely sight. I went and stood out on the patio and was surprised at how cold the raindrops were. Cold! Amazing....
I hope that you get the weather you are hoping for today!

I woke up to rain, too. Are we in the same part of AZ? I'm out in Vail.

It rained for the first time in over a month, the other day. It did feel good, even though I prefer sun! We are back to our sun and 70 degree temps, so I am thoroughly enjoying it!

I'm glad you got a refreshing shower over there. We've been having beautiful sunny days, which is just perfect in my books. Being on the water, it never gets too hot.

Please send some of that rain our way. Here in central Texas it's dry as dust. These triple digit days
are getting old.
Love logging onto your site and hearing George.

We were lucky enough to have a super storm a couple of days ago. Things had turned so brown and crunchy. Now there are some green things again!
