Rottweiler Wednesday

Good morning!  Boots has a busy day planned today.  First thing this morning we are headed out to the Farmers Market in Green Valley to set up and man the boot for Equine Voices, our favorite horse rescue.  Last week was our first week doing so and Boots was quite the little ambassador.  She greeted everyone who came up to our booth and even drew people over to us by lying under the table and poking her head out from under the tablecloth.  Hard to resist that kind of cuteness.  Good job Boots!

After the Farmers Market we're picking up her black lab cousin, Inca, who is going to be spending a few days with us.  She will be SO happy to see Inca.  The 2 of them play non-stop together and are best friends.  Lee and I have prepared ourselves to be ignored while Inca is here... apparently we are very boring compared to the fabulous Inca.  :(    ha ha.

So, yes, a busy day ahead of us.  But most days, this is how Boots' day goes:

It's tough being her.

Enjoy your Rottweiler Wednesday!

Yeahhhhhh Boots! Way to go helping out the horse rescue! It's fun for a dog to have a good buddy. Maddie has a cousin Lucy, they were adopted on the same day and they are BEST Friends. All you have to do is say Lucy's name and Maddie goes ballistic!
