Rottweiler Wednesday

66 pounds.  That is what Boots weighed in at this morning.  Hard to believe she is such a big dog now.  And not even 7 months old!  I'm thinking another 20-25 pounds when it's all said and done.  And rotties actually don't fill out completely until they are around 3 years old.  Yikes.

This is "her" ottoman.  She has claimed it and that is the way it is.  Once she decides something should be hers, you might as well give it up.  Don't you love the look she is giving me?  "Don't even think about it mom".
If someone happens to be using "her" ottoman, she'll just lay on top of them.  That is my nephew's feet under there.  He eventually just got up and moved.
Boots:  "He shouldn't have even been there in the first place."

Did I mention that rotties are also very stubborn and like to get their way???

Happy Rottweiler Wednesday everyone!

So cute. She definitely has a LOT of filling out to do yet :) I'm enjoying watching her grow up in a happy home.

He can have the ottoman back when she outgrows it and shifts to the chair and then to the couch.

Wow. Big Girl! 3 years, that's crazy! Just be glad she didn't take over the whole couch. And that she doesn't "attack" when you sit on "her" couch or ottoman, like my parents' cat.

She is so cute. Sammy has taken over the stool that matches my chair. If my feet are on it...too bad.

LOL, I love that if someone is on her ottoman, she lays on top of them.

Yep, my cat gets the ottoman at our house. She'll bite my feet if she doesn't want to share but usually I get to use about four square inches in the corner. Not all that comfortable though...

Stubborn has nothing to do with being the Queen Bee!

She's gonna be a big girl! Luckily it looks like the ottoman can accommodate another growth spurt!
